The process of my paintings is the relationship between a collage, a gesture, and a canvas. What I want to show in my paintings is the understanding between these techniques, myself, and the artworks. With the use of colour and shape represent experiences that are perhaps too difficult to express in words. I have taken on this approach to my paintings where my ideas have come from the painterly gesture and embedding these females within this landscape.
