This ceramics are reminiscent of the geology of the land and the Australian landscape or earth in general, or the Coal Coast, where I live. I’m honouring this connection that I have with clay and nature but I’m also trying to communicate its importance. The Earth is sacred and I want to acknowledge that and that we need to start treating it better.
